We would ask our patients to help us:
Please try and attend the surgery rather than requesting a home visit. Home visits are only for patients who are medically unable to attend the surgery.
Please remember that an appointment is for one person only.
Please keep your appointments, or give as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend. This will enable us to offer the appointment to another patient.
Please allow at least 48 hours for repeat prescriptions.
Please treat our staff with courtesy. Aggression, physical or verbal, will under no circumstances be tolerated.
